Custody Issues

Please provide the school with any court documents pertaining to individuals who do or do not have the right to have contact with or pick-up your child(ren) at school.  These documents may include:  parenting plans, visitations rights, custody documents, no contact orders, supervised visitations, and orders of protection.  If no limiting court documents are provided, then anyone listed on the child’s birth certificate will have access to the student.
