Parent/Teacher Communication

Parent communication includes Tiger Take Home Folders, notes, class Dojo, Phone calls, electronic mail, website, social media accounts and One Call Now. Parent/Teacher communication is a valuable tool to improve student outcomes. The Take Home Folders should be checked by parents on a daily basis. Notes in the Take Home Folders are the best way to communicate with teachers.  The teacher’s primary work hours are 7:30 am to 3:00 pm Monday-Friday.  Please try to communicate with teachers during this time.  Please understand that teachers manage busy classrooms and may require some time to respond to inquiries. For urgent messages outside of these hours, please contact the main office at [423-478-8817]. .  After school hours and weekends should be reserved for emergency situations.  We appreciate your cooperation in respecting teachers' time for optimal student support.
